Hope ARHMS is dedicated to helping adults living with mental health conditions regain stability, improve life skills, and reconnect with their communities. Through Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), we provide one-on-one, skill-based support in homes and community settings.
Services
At Hope ARHMS, we provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to individuals aged 18 and older with a qualifying mental health diagnosis. Our goal is to promote recovery and independence through skills training, education, and compassionate guidance.
Services are delivered in the home or community by trained mental health practitioners and tailored to each individual’s goals and strengths

Healthy Coping Skills
Develop tools to handle stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.

Eligibility
To qualify for ARMHS, individuals must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a qualifying mental health diagnosis
- Have a current Diagnostic
- Assessment recommending ARMHS
- Be enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA), Minnesota Care, or a qualifying insurance plan
